      Pros

      Where do I even start? I have been impressed with Paycom's commitment to their employees from day one. The recruitment, on-boarding, and new hire orientation process was so well done and left me feeling valued and informed. Paycom hires the best and it is very apparent in the Product Management department. I work with some of the most brilliant humans! Other thoughts about Paycom: - Great Benefits ($1 medical insurance for employees!) - Challenging - Constant room for growth - Onsite gym/park - $4 catered lunches - Great Leadership - Competitive Salary - Many more great perks!

      Pros

      I've been working at Paycom now for about six months, and it is the best job I've ever had. Management is fantastic, and the work environment is upbeat. They treat you well, and tell you upfront what they expect from you; If you work hard, it gets noticed. I enjoy coming into work every single day, and I look forward to building my career with Paycom.

      Cons

      I have not experienced anything negative working at Paycom.
