Pros

Paycom has made a huge impact on my professional and personal growth. The company pours into their employees moving them forward in their leadership as well a personal development. There are many perks for the employees including catered lunches and a gym.

Cons

As with anything that matters there are difficult days but difficult days and hard work is what stretches any professional to perform at a high level.

Pros

The people. They are more than colleagues - they are family! The career opportunities. The development and professional growth. Great benefit and compensation package. Every year, they evaluate current benefit options and provide new options on top of a great gym & catered lunches. You can't beat $1 health care (if single.) Overall, the "Pros" list can go on & on. I'm forever grateful my team took a chance on me 3 years ago! I will never look back.

Cons

There really are no cons from my perspective! If anything, I think we could be enhance our internal communication structure from dept to dept to keep everyone impacted aligned to continue to enhance the client experience!

Pros

I love working at Paycom. Speaking for basic logistics, the benefits are incredible. Health insurance is $1 per pay period. Dental and vision are great too. They offer company stocks at discounted prices. The list can go on. My favorite part though is the culture of Paycom. The atmosphere is encouraging and engaging. The teams I work on and with are always doing their best to work and communicate together to provide the best product or service. This is very encouraging for someone who loves to work and is searching for career growth and professional development. The leaders in the company are humble and willing to help anyone who needs it. The leaders of the team seek to help their staff develop through their own talents and gifts. I have only worked at Paycom for 9 months and have grown professionally in ways I never expected. In addition, Paycom is a very ethnically diverse company. There are so many languages, countries, and cultures represented, you can learn about the whole world just by going to work.

Cons

I am very happy with my job at Paycom, I really cannot think of anything that displeases me.
