Pros

$4 lunches. Good health insurance Free therapy No experience needed

Cons

We do not have all the perk that HQ gets. The building my department is in always has bathroom issues, mice issues, and we have upper management who have zero clue on the day to day work and struggles we endure when we give them feedback. They are not interested in giving the EE’s same pay as PSD even when we are doing almost every other departments job on top of ours. We also get no extra bonus like most departments at Paycom.

Pros

The pay was good until it wasn't. Raises didn't keep up with inflation over the years.

Cons

Awful management. Management response to bad quarters was calling everyone back to office. Management reads from a script. One requirement as a leader is to add others to social media for spying purposes. Most "leaders" are inexperienced. Most who do have experience take advantage of others in order to climb. Too many middle managers to date. Heavily politicized environment. Nobody cares about you, because everyone is a number. Software Developers are hired 50 percent Visa and 50% American. No skill gap. Just a capital gap. A fair percentage of individuals who quit go to Heartland. People use sick days as a mental health day. If that doesn't tell you something. I guess, you'll just have to find out... Zero stars

We're disappointed with the culture you describe, as we aim to maintain a consistent, uplifting environment for each of our Paycom team members. We're proud of the various initiatives we have implemented dedicated to the personal and professional growth of our employees. We can assure employee related decisions made by Paycom leadership are aligned with company goals and we'd like to note that your claim pertaining to leadership's "requirement" is false, for we stand by our commitment to fair and just employment practices. If you have any additional feedback, please reach out to our HR leadership at hrmgmt@paycomonline.com.
