      Pros

      Great place to work if you want to learn and work hard. They invest in their people but do expect a lot in return. The people I work with are great and committed to doing a good job. This is not for people who don't want to work hard and are not self motivated. Company is growing fast and it creates a lot of opportunities for people who do a good job.

      Cons

      Sometimes we are slow to change but when we do make a decision we go fast.

      Pros

      This is one of the most challenging and rewarding positions I have had in my career. My team is made up of highly skilled and motivated workers that work to make sure we are providing the best internet experience for our customers.

      Cons

      You really have to think about making changing to systems. We are pushed to be 100% accurate all the time.

      I don't have any cons but would say that you must put in the work to be rewarded. Paycom employees are hard workers and get the job done with the support of others.
