Pros

The coworkers you'll meet at Paycom are the best part of working there. I've met some truly excellent people who have become lifelong friends. This sounds like a cliche but I really don't mean it this way.

Cons

A simple Google search will answer all your questions in this regard without me risking my current employment status by divulging my experience.

Great place to work after graduating. Working hard might get you somewhere. Good benefits.

Cons

Constant changes to processes, org structure, and responsibilities. Disbanding of entire department (qa, most of product, and others) for ‘efficiencies’. Negative reinforcement is common. Barely any company culture. Management is overworked to have time to care about subordinates.
