      Pros

      Leadership, training, culture, compensation, growth opportunity, product, client satisfaction, hires elite talent so you know you're in great company, strategic, surrounded by hard working individuals that put a lot of passion into their work from upper management to entry level employees, dedicated to innovation, sales has huge support from marketing, management actually cares about their employees, competitive spirit, exciting time to be a part of a growing and successful company.

      Cons

      Product is always evolving but sometimes the processes to support those changes are slower to catch up, typical growth pains, not easy, not a fit for everyone but that's why those who succeed stay long, work hard and appreciate the opportunity.

      Best Place to Work

      Pros

      Paycom gives each employee an opportunity to build a career and life that they want. With initial training to ongoing development, there is an endless amount of opportunity to grow. It is amazing to work for a sales team that truly admires and places so much importance on its people. I have never seen anything like it! I enjoy getting up everyday and doing what I love with people that I call family.

      Cons

      There have been no cons in my experience at Paycom.

      Pros

      Well if you like money Paycom is the place to work. I have never encountered a company that invests more in their employees. Paycom has grown over 200% in the last year with their IPO and are only going up from here. The knowledge you gain your first year is absolutely unmatched. This is not just a job its a lifelong career.

      Cons

      The PTO is not the best.
