Pros

If you are a hard worker with a drive that never quits, look no further. Compensation is unlike anything you’ll ever see but this job is not for the weak willed. Paycom is the front runner for an industry that is not going anywhere soon. Continual improvements to their proprietary system sets them apart from any “competitor”

Cons

Extremely high stress but are rewarded for hard work and mental toughness. This is not an easy role but if you focus on goals and work harder than you ever have before this will be a dream job.

Best job I've had hands down. I enjoy the working environment and the opportunities to learn something new every day. Great benefits, great co-workers, four dollar catered lunches, and great career path. Overall it's a great place to work for.

Cons

Work load can be a little much, but adaptable.
