      Pros

      Paycom is a company that truly cares about you and makes a full investment in you. There is so much growth happening and there's room for you to move up in the company if you put the work in.

      Cons

      Be prepared to put in hours, but it will pay off in the end.

      Wonderful Company Full of Opportunities

      Pros

      Paycom offers their employees a lot of benefits and is a good place for young, energetic workers. With a ton of affordable benefits such as $1 health insurance and the opportunity to invest in stock, it's easy to see how much they care. It's also rewarding to be part of a company that cares about their employees and wants them to succeed. There are many opportunities for growth and improvement including pay raises and potential for promotions. Work-load is fair and company-wide engagement, such as monthly luncheons and team-bonding events, are encouraged.

      It's a very team-oriented environment, so you must be willing to collaborate and work well with others!
