The culture is awesome, and the people you work with are great.

Cons

If you don't have a 4 year degree, don't expect any advancement opportunities. The paid time off is also awful.

Pros

Great product, great people. The company is rapidly growing, becoming a large organization. Never a dull moment and you get to learn a tremendous amount about how businesses operate.

Cons

Going through growing pains. Rapid growth equals challenges with staffing and support. High turnover in many positions as it is very demanding.

It was a good experience, and I loved the company. Sometimes it may be tedious but always worthful.

Cons

I don't think there is any because everything is good out there including collegues and my managers.
