If you want to have a terrible work life balance then this is the place to work for! Worst job I have ever had. This is call center made to look like a normal job. Leadership has no clue, don’t care attitude. Figure it out on your own. Give yourself grace but no grace given. They will walk you out with no warning. Thats what happened to me. I was not given a reason, just a see you your done. My boss was terrible and never offered help or helped me when I needed it. Just a figure it out mentality and the culture is like high school, if you are not part of the “it” crowd, then you get fired. Please look at others companies before working here! You will not love life here!

The insurance is the best I have ever seen. Period.

Cons

There are several "emotional support groups" for former employees. If you want to be a highly skilled indivudal contributor after the age of 30, and have passed on leadership options, your are dead weight. My old department was 50% over 30 when I was hired. Now the oldest member is 28. You will see someone crying weekly. At minnimum.
