Pay got bumped to a good level. Cheap on-site meals. $1 health insurance.

Cons

Many layoffs with seemingly no plans of how to move forward. Feelings of having to move fast and be perfect or you'll be cut immediately. 40% company shrinkage in about a year.

Cheap Lunches, Nice Facilities & Accommodations, Good pay

Cons

Poor management, technical debt, complete lack of guidance & authority on both the technical & product side. Project requirements are constantly changing. Simple tasks balloon very easily due to poor quality codebase & structural restrictions. No upward mobility. No outlet to voice technical concerns. Tight deadlines ensure that unsustainable solutions make it to release, complicating maintenance & developer experience. SDLC changes very frequently, and procedures are not standardized.

Team oriented, great people, great PTO & other accruals, Very solid starting salary with fantastic opportunity to learn and grow quickly, both professionally and monetarily as promotions are all merit based.

Cons

Learning curve is very tough, process needs to be calculated to avoid getting behind. (There are many resources and time to help you dial in a process that works for you)
