Pros

Good news, you can make TONS of money as an Outside Sales Rep with Paycom. Product is also awesome.

Cons

Bad news, you have a limited amount of time to prove yourself. Was employed for around 6 months, 14 weeks of that time I was in corporate training. This company grinds through new reps on a 6 month basis and does not take the time or energy to develop people. Each office has a different culture, and the one I experienced only had a handful of people that I would communicate again with.
