This organization is incredibly high-functioning. Hard work is rewarded and rewarded well. I have learned so much just from training alone, more than some university courses I have taken in the past. Madeline and the RLE team are incredible teachers and I am proud to be working here.

Cons

The cons only surface if you do not put in the necessary work. Discipline is crucial.

-amazing trainers -each week is a different breakdown of the process, it was so helpful fully understanding each part before actually going out into the field -training with other people with the same motivations and goals is so fun

Cons

-staying in a hotel for almost 3 straight weeks, got a bit home sick
