      Pros

      Amazing coworkers and a strong drive to be great. Exciting tech company that should make Oklahoma proud. Training and support to help people reach their potential. Great career option for new grads and seasoned veterans alike. Fair compensation and clear path to more rewards for everyone willing to put in the effort.

      Conservative leadership, no hybrid remote since people don’t want to take it seriously and mess it up for the rest of us, below average salary, clunky systems

      Great Career in Tech Sector

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, close to home, my ideas are heard, I learn from the very best in the industry. I like keeping home and work separate, so I love the in-office environment. Lots of avenues to provide feedback and people at the top genuinely care about their teams. Many on-site lunch choices daily which helps if I am in a rush in the morning. Sometimes I think the negative reviews might be from individuals who have never worked in corporate before. We have so many perks at this company - including our technology.

      Cons

      High expectations and high change. People are paid well, great bonuses, stock etc. and they are expected to return a high-quality product for those considerations. People are held accountable. This is not an easy breezy job - but you will learn more here than in other organizations.
