Pros

competitive pay - benefits are incredible - paid leave for new, adoptive & foster parents - culture - multiple opportunities for advancement - endless training and development paths

Cons

In the past eight years, I've never had any major concerns! If I had to say there was a con, it would be time. We are one of the fastest growing companies in the world and always working against time. We make it happen but, if we had more time, we would be exponentially better.

Pros

Gym, food, pay is fair, good people

Cons

Yeah this place needs help. The tax department is not fair and there was little to no training where we got thrown to the wolves and expected to understand and meet the requirements for the week in regards to workload. There is NO work/life balance here. You’re stressed out all the time and i’ve worked in stressful jobs but this one TAKES THE CAKE. Team Leads and supervisors power trip. if your workload is not “met” at the end of the week, you HAVE to work weekends to meet that or you’re in trouble literally. When i interviewed i was told only working 8 hours OT a MONTH. nope! you gotta work it weekly!! So good luck if you apply and i hope you have a better experience than I did.
