I love paycom for it’s amazing work culture and how supportive everyone is! Also, there’s a good opportunity to learn new skills and work life balance is pretty great too.

Cons

The salary is a bit lower than the average job market.

Best Boss Ever, A lot of good workers at paycom, some teams have incredible work life balance. If you work hard, you will get promoted fast (if you have a good boss). Pay is decent, especially for oklahoma. $4 lunches and $1 healthcare (if it’s just you). Stock discount!

Cons

No Tuition assistance, technology is stuck in the 2000s and anyone in tech will learn nothing here, huge competition between teams, incredibly toxic coworkers that do nothing

Pros

- pay is competitive -bonus structure - benefits are second to none - pto is more than enough - paid leave for baby is fantastic - on site gym is fantastic with great equipment. From my interview with my leader she said I would be treated like a professional and have been since day one. I always think on my past roles at other companies I used to get the “Sunday scaries” and would dread work. At Paycom I look forward to coming to work. I feel valued. I know I am making an impact here and see it regularly. I have great friends. My leaders care about me and my career and my personal life. They also listen to ideas and suggestions and encourage it! There is more opportunity in this company than anywhere else. The company is managed very well and is disciplined to protect the employees.

Cons

- I think sitting in a cube without a window is a drag sometimes but they are building a new building with a lot more windows! - I think the zoom meetings are draining but it’s the future of the company with the amount of growth and offices there are in the world. - things move fast and change quickly which is any fast growth company -
