      Pros

      Money. They overpay significantly. When you are let go on a whim you will not be able to find similar pay because it’s above the pay grade at most employers.

      Cons

      No thoughtful decisions are made. Each new release comes at the price of a long term committee employees job. Who was let go or demoted after the newest one?
