      Pros

      Paycom sets a clear vision for its employees about the daily mission: everyone is expected to be a product expert regardless of position and does this so employees can solve real problems for Paycom clients. The company backs this up by offering and requiring extensive training on all Paycom products, soft skill training to support process execution and compliance training to ensure clients’ data is protected.

      Cons

      While necessary for growth and evolution, continuous change can be challenging to successfully implement and support.

      While the work can be demanding and the pace is fast, the sense of accomplishment and fulfillment I've experienced is unparalleled. The team I've worked with is talented, driven, and collaborative, making even the most challenging projects enjoyable. The company's commitment to innovation and excellence is palpable, and it's inspiring to be part of an organization that's constantly pushing the boundaries. One of the standout aspects of working at Paycom is the comprehensive benefits package with top-notch health insurance, generous PTO and opportunities for professional growth. If you're considering a role at Paycom, be prepared to work hard and adapt quickly. But if you're up for the challenge, I promise you'll find it incredibly rewarding. The company's mission-driven culture, coupled with its commitment to excellence, makes for a truly unique and fulfilling work experience.

      Cons

      The company is on the more conservative side with work schedules and dress code, and there is no flexibility to work from home, even on occasion. While the company's policies may not offer the flexibility to work from home, the office environment is comfortable and well-equipped, with a lot of great amenities. I've found that the face-to-face interactions and collaborations with my colleagues have been invaluable in my growth and development as a professional.

      Best place I've EVER worked

      Pros

      I'm in my 4th decade of my career. Nowhere else I've worked has a place even gotten close to paying for my worth, expertise, and contributions . I have worked at a company where health insurance was free ( $0.00 ) but the cons there out-numbered the pros, so I'm more than happy to pay $1.00 a pay check. The benefits can't be beat. Also in these weird economic & political times I feel the company is secure ( they have 0 debt!!! ) which is great because I don't want to have to look for something else.

      Direction can change a lot (it's tech, after all).
