1.) Talented and driven team members who are always willing to lend a hand 2.) Excellent managers who truly care about employee growth and success, and 3.) Unique company culture that fosters collaboration and excellence.

Cons

Sometimes the pace of work can be intense, and it can be challenging to keep up with the demands of the role. However, this is a minor complaint, and I've found that the challenging work environment has helped me grow both personally and professionally.
