Pros

Good pay. That's about it.

Cons

The manager and all other sales reps in the Houston office are stubborn, unprofessional, difficult to work with, and will make false assumptions about you as soon as you walk into the door. Everything you say and do will be used against you in some negative way, even if you haven't done anything wrong. They are all out for only themselves. Terrible work-life balance. If you don't work 6am-10pm, you'll be looked down on.

Pros

The pay is great, and you’ll design your life around thinking this is your long term career.

Cons

Middle management is terrified to lose their jobs, and the only way they keep theirs is but throwing the lower people on the totem pole under the bus constantly. They fire people on the spot with no previous warning for things outside of their control. They create an environment where it’s almost impossible to be successful, many people burnout from the workload, and then they fire the gritty people who are trying to make it work. Don’t start your career here, or at the very least just have a backup plan in place because you’ll always be fearful of losing your job.
