I have loved my last year at paycom. Look forward to staying and growing here long term. Pros: Culture, benefits, room to grow,

Cons

Takes 2 years to level up/ get a substantial pay increase even if you are performing extremely well at your job. Still plan on sticking it out and working hard.

Job is not what hey say. Call center calls while having to handle your own clients. You can not miss unless you find someone to cover your clients for you. High turnover!
