True team culture - great opportunity to work with highly ambitious people that have a true team mindset and pour into each other. Management and peers are super helpful - it is not a traditional competitive environment where people are put against each other. Iron truly sharpens iron at Paycom and upper management is very passionate about developing employees. Company is in a great financial position to continue to pay their people well and continue to grow their tech landscape with a unique value prop in a saturated market!
