The best part of working at Paycom is definitely the people- smart, collaborative, driven, and people that have become lifelong friends. There is a strong sense of team throughout the organization and groups working towards the same cause to help our clients together. Being out in the field with clients onsite is energizing getting to see their office and work face to face. Our office space in the Esplanade is also a huge plus: being a modern building, thoughtfully designed with coffee, food and fitness on site. It is a great environment to be productive!

Cons

No major cons for me. Every company has opportunity, but nothing stands out.

Pressure is a privilege. Its all about your mindset.
