It is like a family here. I love the team dynamic and how everyone is just trying to make work fun.

Cons

The merit increase has not changed in years so every year I am up for a development review and it ranges from 1%-4% based on performance. Even with a 4% increase it is only a few cents and really makes no difference at the end of the day. Other competitors are offering 80k to start in an EDI role and there have been multiple people leave the last year to seek those jobs instead. I have been loyal and love what I do so I don't plan to be one of those but it would be nice to have someone see that the cost of living is rising and its getting harder and harder to make ends meet with no hope of getting a legitimate raise.

Tons of commission potential Used to be able to work remote a few days a week but not anymore according to what I've read in January 2022 Manager cares a lot but is pretty young

Cons

Technology is outdated. They don't use a sales software. It's all built in-house and notes are updated by rep. If you get a territory from a rep who didn't take great notes, you're starting from scratch. The training program is useless and focuses on homework (busy work) and reading scripts to clients. Teammates seem to work in silo's and don't support new teammates until they prove themselves
