      Cons

      Business decisions are impersonal but have personal consequences. This paradox stresses employees. In an ever-evolving market, decisions must be made that affect the lives of many employees.

      Rewarding client connections, but updates overwhelm learning

      Pros

      I love that i get to build intentional relationships with my clients. I not only get to troubleshoot the technology that we provide but being able to have that personal connection with clients and help them resolve issues is my favorite part of my job. It is very rewarding to get to be the hero of their company.

      Cons

      The only con i would say is that we have multiple new updates going out at once and it doesn't give us time to learn all the new things and we have to learn on the fly with clients which can create a lack in confidence in what you are speaking on.
