I truly enjoyed the people I worked with.

Cons

There isn’t enough money or perks they could offer to make working at Paycom worth it. The management is insanely incompetent, starting with the CEO. The culture that the executives have fostered is terribly toxic. 50-60 hour work weeks, overnights, no overtime compensation due to salary exempt, comp time is highly frowned upon and heavily restricted, butt in chair time enforced for 9 hours + a day with badge auditing and reports. This is NOT how salaried workers should be treated. They do not respect or value your time there. They started pulling back benefits like PTO/Bereavement, paternal leave, etc. Employees have not gotten a promotion in almost 2 years in some departments. There’s constant reorganizations and firings, creating an environment of constant fear and uncertainty.

Amazing training - they invest so much into their sales people to ensure everyone crushes it. Fun work culture as everyone is there to get better, make a lot of money and win.

Cons

Must be motivated. If you're looking for something chill where you can coast, this isn't it. It's a grind but very fulfilling as you truly do get better every single day.
