Pros

Good pay, Team Oriented, Great lunches

Cons

Felt very used by management; not much training, constant layoffs, unreasonable amount of KPIs; Emailed entire supervisor group if you were away from desk for more than 30 mins (so any time you had an in person meeting) to call you out

Pros

$4 lunches Gym on site

Cons

Do NOT believe the positive reviews that are placed here...those are from either Senior Managers attempting to pad the reviews or from brand new hires that are still drinking the Kool-Aid. Teams are extremely trauma bonded. Upper leadership changes direction weekly, with zero visibility as to the "why". Paycom thrives on a Fear Culture, where no one knows if they will be fired or laid off daily. Company has Well Being advisors, but most people i had spoken with were TERRIFIED to talk to them out of retaliation fears from management. Many departments have zero work life balance. Most departments were changed to salary pay. This sounds great until mandatory overtime is required and employees are not paid for those additional hours since they are now salary. On a final note, Paycom will attempt to have this review removed, as they do with multiple negative reviews. This has happened multiple times in the past.
