honestly not any that I can think of. The pay isnt too bad,

Absoutely no support or mentorship, no documentation or useful processes in place. Getting any productive work done feels impossible. Constant shifting expectations. Lack of work life balance, Everyone is always under a lot of pressure and stress. My health has been taking a toll. Most people have a weakened immune system from all the stress - not always sure its worth it.

MONEY, the commission structure is amazing, and hard work actually equals more pay. - Best sales training out there. You will learn more in 3 months at Paycom than 3 years at another company - People are great, have made great friendships in my role

Cons

- challenging work environment. You must be prepared to sacrifice for this job. It take a lot of stress, hours, and mental toughness but you can achieve great things quickly
