Great employees who care about each other. Benefits are good as well along with $4 decent catered lunches most of the time.

Cons

There is no stability or growth anymore at Paycom, toxic work culture that causes immense daily stress for all employees, constant changes that affect every single person negatively, upper leadership is extremely disconnected from what is actually happening below them, workload is overloaded for the existing employees due to company changes in workforce.
