* 6 figure salary * Great work life balance * Perfect work environment * Amazing clients to work with * $1 per pay period medical plan * Up to $40k of Paycom stock awarded annually * Endless opportunity for growth within your career path * Everyday catered lunch from top tier Oklahoma restaurants * The best hard working people to be around (iron sharpens iron) * The best upper management I've ever had. They listen to us and execute on all levels for a better work experience

Cons

Nothing really, but in the beginning I can tell you there's a lot to learn. Your supervisor etc will advise against it, but with all of the information you have to learn you may need to review procedures and guides after work and/or on the weekends to become more familiar with the system unless you can quickly learn on the fly while having clients on the phone. Here at Paycom, they say it takes on ave 1.5yrs to learn absolutely everything in the system, but a lo of people have learned quicker and even got promoted to make 6 figures all within 12-18 months. Lastly, in PSD you ONLY get what you give and if you need help speak up! This is a career position NOT a clock in and clock out type of job. You will be preparing for meeting Sunday night and coming in early to review and prepare for your clients. That said, this job is amazing and has changed my life!! I was able to get married, take vacations, buy my daughter a new car and pay off all of my debt just to name a few. Now, I'm looking for a new house!! Apply to Paycom if you want your life to change for the better because making 6 figures in Oklahoma goes a loooong way!!

Competitive pay and strong benefits- $1 per pay period health insurance, catered lunches, and pers like on-site gym with fitness classes. Career development and growth paths- Rapid advanced opportunities, excellent training which is required twice a week for minimum of 2 hours. Leadership opportunities to advance into.

Pros

Compensation is above the average. Some of the managers are phenomenal and there is room for amazingly rapid career progression. Good products to sell with inherent value propositions. They invest a lot in your training and the energy is very type A and positive.

Cons

Territory can be geographically massive, in-person meetings required (virtual don't count towards your meeting quota), which can put a strain on your work-life balance. Lots of internal meetings repeating the same notions and taking up your time. A lot of restructuring happening, mostly cuts to other departments and we're taking on the extra responsibilities. High turnover at the company means some of your clients will be jaded and not trusting of you.
