Pros

You will get a pay check

Cons

Layoffs, layoffs, layoffs Non stop layoffs and squeezing every bit they can out of you. They don’t have AI, they have 1 person doing the job of 5 people and no pay bumps.

We're proud to be an organization made up of exceptional and innovative professionals who are passionate about achieving excellence and driving success for our clients. We’d like to note that your review contains misleading information. We recently conducted a workforce restructuring that impacted only certain back-office roles. Additionally, as an industry-leading organization, we leverage AI in various aspects of our business. In fact, you can learn more about our approach here: https://www.paycom.com/ai-standards/. We encourage you to initiate a conversation with your leader to discuss your experience and concerns.

Pros

Benefits are $1 and pay is good

Cons

If you want to work in a panic inducing environment and have management that always ensures you know your job is on the line then this is the place for you. Consistent turnover, extreme micromanagement, very negative office vibes and a ton of travel. The comments talking about needing therapy are no joke. They talk about how much money you can make, very few actually make it to that point.

Pros

Benefits are okay for area. 4$ meals are nice

Cons

Terrible management Terrible CEO Punishment for not following the cult. You are told to ensure clean code, and then they remove QA. You are told to ensure continuous maintenance and then you punish for not pushing enough new code. You are told to push through new code and fix later and then punish you for unclean code. Nightmare management with no real plans on how to continue. No work life balance. Stock tanking and if you work there you can tell why.
