      Pros

      Benefits are amazing, pay is good, lots of PTO. I enjoy the people I work with and can honestly say there has not been a day I have dreaded coming in. We do work hard, but it makes the days go by fast. I've always felt supported and given the tools I need to succeed.

      Cons

      The traffic at HQ can be a little crazy. I do think your experience with management depends on your department, but I have not had any issues in mine. I also think your attitude determines your experience here. At the end of the day it's a corporate job and it's not going to be a ton of fun of everyday, but if you come in and work hard you will be fine.
