I worked with some of the best people at Paycom. The health benefits are great.

Cons

They work you to the bone and then more. No work from home options even on snowy/icy days. Very inflexible with time, if you have a family, it won't work out. Micromanaged like a child. No movement within the company at the moment. When I was hired on over 2 years ago, things were better. I could go on forever, but my previous review was deleted because it was so harsh, so just know that I wouldn't recommend working here.
