      Pros

      The coworkers and relationships I have built working here.

      Cons

      There used to be so many pros but now there are more cons. The main one is the lack of transparency and uncaring delivery of the announcement that our department has to return to office 5 days a week has hurt me and others personally. We feel lied to and betrayed. You have not addressed our 250 comments and concerns. There are only 250 because you silenced us by turning off the ability to comment. If you are hired here do not trust anything upper management says.

      We understand everyone processes change differently and that change can be difficult. Beginning in August 2021, we began slowly returning to the office and have seen tremendous momentum from the groups who returned to our campuses, which has helped our people be more successful.       Pros

      I believe that Paycom offers great opportunities to those that are entering the work field for the first time (e.g. graduates). The benefits are awesome, from healthcare to 401k. The overall work environment is fun and lively, especially during special weeks such as Payroll Week and Customer Service Week.

      Cons

      With recent changes, working remotely being taken away has weighed heavily on my decision if I want to continue my career with the company.
