I gave the review 5 stars but that doesn't mean Paycom can't improve: communication from upper management is a bit dysfunctional where major policy changes are often communicated to teams the moment they are implemented.
Your opinions as a day to day worker are not going to be taken under any serious review by management as it does not seem like things ever change based off employee feedback.
The company's attitude toward remote work is a bit strange to say the least. You must show up for one day a week, there is no flexibility with this and if you need/want to be out of town, you must take the day off even if you wanted to work that day. To my understanding, upper management would rather us be there full time; for a tech company, this will make Paycom an outlier in the industry.
