      Nothing at all in paycom

      Cons

      Legacy code, it’s a punishment working at paycom. Very bad work culture. Posting positive review on social media about paycom is one of the task in my training. There is no agile practices. Work torture from 8 am to 5 pm. Less pay more work.

      New hire experience is bizarre

      Good compensation for the experience level

      Cons

      When you accept, you are placed into general training covering JS, C#, MySQL, PHP. Team placement is essentially random and at the trainers digression. Pray you get a good team.
