Great benefits and salary; individual in management can be very helpful and uplifting

Cons

Overall disorganized; lack of standards for testing, documentation, etc. ICs aren't involved until late in the process but are responsible for creating a good product.

Paycom is a decent place to work, with friendly people who help you grow. $4 lunch is good.

Cons

The workload is slightly on the higher side. However, a significant downside is that they use a monolithic architecture, and many modules were written decades ago. Additionally, they don't follow Agile practices. HR policies are very strict—you can't work from home on designated office days, must be in the office by 8 AM, and are required to wear formal attire, among other rules.
