      You'll have decent health benefits and work with cool people.

      Cons

      You'll be misled about the remote work policy, have unreasonable tight deadlines imposed on you, and have your QA and Devs back-stabbed by soulless upper management.

      Baiting new talent with lies about remote work

      1. Told we would be in office 1 day a week at hiring, less than 90 days later it was announced we were moving to 50% in office. 2. Out of touch board of directors 3. Made to track hours as if you were an hourly employee. 4. Predatory Dev points system

      They will lie to you to get more out of you and grind you down

      Reversed work from home after promising that they would keep developers remote Every hour is tracked and micro managed Deadlines are fixed for you but flighty for the Senior management Hypocrisy from the top down Getting promoted is more trouble than its worth. Many leaders reverted promotions to stay sane
