Pros

Everyone is bright, if you end up on a good time can have a great work life balance and work on good projects. There's growth opportunities and the gifts once in a while are nice.

Cons

It feels old school, work attire is still not casual, lunch is 4$ instead of free, and still have to show up to the office once a week with absolutely no exceptions.

Pros

Paycom has many dev teams so this is my experience only on my team, team leader, supervisor. - They are nice people, no micro-management. - My teammates are super helpful. - It's a good place for new grad to understand how software development works in real world - Their stock, benefit are good

Cons

- The PHP codebase are average quality so sometimes you don't learn a lot - There are some boring tasks since product is mature. Mainly I spend my time on fixing codes ( no system design experience ) - The food on cafeteria sucks
