      Pros

      - Extremely Welcoming and understanding of the feeling of being a new hire. - Upper management listens and acts on ALL employee's concerns, regardless of position/rank. They also provide transparency whenever possible. - Expressive and inviting culture for people of any background. - Very competitive compensation & benefits.

      Cons

      - No dedicated module specific training, you're dependent on coworkers being able to make time. - Overtime among senior (and beyond) members.

      Unethical Company (took away my unemployment)

      Pros

      Lunch was good for price

      Cons

      They gave me a very difficult project, which I did not complete on time, but I was trying my best to complete. I also worked extra hard the next 2 months to make up for the delay. And then I got fired anyways. Paycom also took away my unemployment. So now I'm months without income, and Im not sure when Ill be able to find another job. So be aware that this company will try to take your unemployment away

      Not a great place

      Pros

      Co-workers were great to work with. Good team bonding.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, very sloppy code present in all codebases. You are expected to work on top of the sloppy code. The CEO is also known to be a terrible person, which translates down to your team lead and management to also be terrible as well. There is also lots of burn out from people, as well as return to office very soon despite people providing same output while being WFH. Everything changed as soon as their stocks dropped...
