Management Is Very Out Of Touch

I honestly am running out of pros. Good maternity leave I guess? Maybe a pro is having great coworkers as well, but honestly nothing rock solid enough to keep workers.

Cons

Having work from home taken from us with a month’s notice after claims that we would have work from home for the rest of our time. Forcing employees into office solely so they have bodies so the CEO can look good. Management is so out of touch with their people and believe their employees are replaceable.

Things change a little too quickly. I don't mind change but as soon as you get used to a new system, they get rid of it or go to something else.
