      Great team, fun and challenging place to work

      Pros

      The design team is a fun, close-knit, and welcoming group to work with. Projects are challenging but rewarding. Benefits are great - $1 single insurance, $4 catered lunches, gym with free fitness classes, soda and latte machines, and more. Fun events throughout the year. Paycom has been a great place to work.

      Cons

      Wish dress code was more lax. Ability to work remotely sometimes would be great.

      Fast Growing Company with Big Opportunities

      Pros

      Growing and diverse design team. Large team so you're able to pick many people brain. Projects are challenging to keep things interesting and also a plus is having supportive coworkers. The benefits from Paycom is A++.

      Cons

      Due to rapid growth, some aspects aren't as organized.

      Great team environment, exciting pace

      Pros

      Variety of tasks keep work life exciting and there is never a dull moment. Team culture on the Design teams is supportive and collaborative. The company is growing at a fast pace, and this makes for an exciting and rewarding time at work. Benefits are great and always getting better. For example company recently began offering 12 weeks paid maternity leave.

      Cons

      As the company grows rapidly, sometimes organization and processes lag behind. This is sometimes frustrating, especially when communication across teams suffers. Ultimately, the company seems to be moving forward in a very positive direction in this regard.
