Great Team, Challenging Projects and an Exciting Opportunity to Grow!

Pros

Projects are challenging, interesting and fun to work on! It's also exciting to be part of a growing diverse design team. Team members are great and willing to assist and support you however they can. There are many resources to help employees to continue grow in their careers. Leadership is transparent on the company's standing, projects and goals. Paycom also provides great benefits, free monthly lunches, fitness classes and more! training opportunities ! It’s very rewarding to see people using our products and can experience the outcome of our team's hard-work. I feel like I can really make change happen here, and influence the product.

Cons

Due to the extra security, getting new design software and design libraries can take some extra time or denied.

Pros

Paycom is known to some for its difficulty of getting hired, so it's great to be able to count myself as a member of the company. The hiring process itself can seem a bit daunting at first, but everyone you work with along the way is truly there to help your transition into the company as seamless as possible. After the hiring and onboarding process, my team has always been super welcoming as well as everyone I've encountered thus far. We all work hard so we can play hard when we get the chance! I'm so excited to have this opportunity and can't wait to see how far it goes!

Cons

Due to the amount of projects being worked on at one time, expect to be a part of many meetings and for that to take up some of your time. Also, you may be assigned to extra classes regarding products you don't have much contact with but keep in mind that all parts work together, so the more knowledge the better!
