      Pros

      This company was a great opportunity when going private to public. It has gone a bit corporate and it is much more difficult to create wealth through commissions. If you are looking to break into SAAS it is a good option.

      Cons

      Top down leadership is harsh sometimes. Commissions are split even if you do all the work.
