      *nice base salary *loved my coworkers *great benefits *own your opportunity *prospecting + partner focused role *hybrid role- in field 3 days a week which I liked to break up the time

      *long process to close a deal *no real partner strategy *high turnover in Northeast region *new leadership in Northeast region *implementation process is poor and need to handhold

      It isn't just sales anymore, you are also a project manager and an implementation manager. You spend more time putting out fires than selling where you make your money
