Pros

Good Pay, Benefits and expense allowance

Cons

Male Upper Management would single out females and make them do sales roll plays over zoom. Fired new employees but kept certain employees who had been under performing for years.

Pros

The pay is average or slightly above the market.

Cons

Leadership: They no longer care about the people - everything is about driving revenue and higher profits. Most leaders in the service and implementation world are only concerned about their egos and rising to the top by hitting arbitrary numbers. They mismanage resources and create bad strategies that they then blame on the people for being unable to execute. It's become a top-down hierarchy like the military.
