Imp Leadership not the best

Pros

Great imp teams and sales partnerships.

Cons

Imp directors do not have leadership experience and create a toxic work culture. Directors micromanage senior leadership and lack vision for org. Multiple reorganization have occurred over the past 3 years. Teams have a lack of direction, which leads to misalignment. Strategy changes on the daily, no consistent KPIs or metrics. Bonuses, promotions and merit increases are given based on favoritism, not aligned business results.
