      Contract to Hire - Great Experience Overall and Great Benefits

      Pros

      I was hired as a contractor in 2018, my contract was extended and I ultimately received a full time offer several months later. I have signed up for many training and learning opportunities the Enterprise Learning team offers, and I have been promoted multiple times which I think is a result of what I have learned. Paycor has enhanced their benefits offerings every year but this past year they rolled out a far more competitive parental leave program and they now offer a sabbatical. Paycor was also just named a top Workplace again.

      Cons

      Some departments have peak seasons during year-end that can impact work-life balance. You can plan for this and I think the "Pro's" far outweigh the peak season.

      Tons of access to sales tools. Open availability to funding to give gifts to prospects. Training course was solid.

      Cons

      Success can sometimes depend on your direct superior and how they interact.
