      Training was horrible! Not sure exactly how I am going to make my numbers. Your just making calls blindly with little to no leads. I just don't feel successful in my role and not sure how much longer I can stay on. They give you a whole bunch of resources with no guidance. The direct management is very brief and always seem like your bothering him when you reach out.

      They pay people for reviews

      Pros

      Salaries are high. Only because that and their stick is the only positive thing they have.

      Cons

      Absolutely everything else. Senior Management is terrible. They don’t care about employees. No one knows anything. And they will cut you after 2 months of bad performance. Believe me when I say, they don’t care about you. I’m getting ready to leave myself

      Rat Race but High Reward

      Pros

      Product is incredible, Paycor software is truly the best. Leadership cares, for the most part. Easy to sell Paycor, we genuinely have an incredible product. Money is good when business is good.

      Cons

      Ups and Downs in sales are to be expected. Implementation and customer service in this industry is lacking. Full commission doesnt stick till client is 6 months live. You are to manage your book of business, your live clients and clients under implementation while generating new business. Communication internally is complicated and Salesforce is law.
