      Pros

      Great sales contact, quick to respond, great platform on various levels. Always quick to address new laws to stay compliant!

      Cons

      Growth potential with view of employee access level. Would love to have a dedicated contact vs a group. Would love to see dedicated tax assistance for payroll processing at an admin level. Would be great to have more admin control over benefits qualifying events items such as FSA/HSA which automatically adjust contributions based on date of change vs making an adjustment that should continue from the original date. Easy to fix, however, must be handled by the benefits team so it uses more time to address.
